Ohangla music producer Wuod Fibi’s quest to find his missing 16-year-old daughter, Upendo Gladwell, concluded as he announced her safe return. The young lady disappeared after the crossover Sunday church service on the night of December 31, 2023.

My friends at the DCI, my fans, Kayole police, Burubruru police, Missing Child Kenya Foundation , our Kenyan bloggers, Tuko.co.ke our local radio stations, and each one of you who prayed with us and spread the word around, thank you. We will come back to thank you specially.”

Wuod Fibi’s Daughter Safely Returns Home
According to the missing child social media post, there was no trace of the 16-year-old Upendo, post the church service at the Buruburu church. Furthermore, she was unreachable as her phone was of. Additionally, the last communication with Upendo revealed a sense of distress, and confusion over her whereabouts.
“My daughter Upendo Gladwell Ochieng is a 16-year-old who left the house on December 31, 2023 to attend end end-of-year crossover church service at the Holy Trinity Church in Buruburu and since then she has never been seen. Her phone has since gone off and she is not reachable. Last communication with her she sounded distressed and didn’t know where she was and how she got there.”
The report stated.
The family urged the public to contact them or report any sighting of Upendo Gladwell to the nearest police station.
“She was last seen at the church premises that night at around 11pm. If by any chance you see her kindly report to the nearest police station or contact us.”
