Instagram sensation, Robert Kamau, popularly known as Thee Pluto recently served an upcoming blogger with a demand letter.

This was after the microblogger identified as Njambi Fever took to her Instagram stories to expose Pluto for allegedly cheating on his baby mama.

According to the screenshots seen by this writer, an unidentified woman, sent Njambi a private message claiming that she felt bad for whatever happened between her and Pluto.

The lady narrated how they met at a house party in Mtwapa, played drinking games, and the next thing she knew his manhood was in her coochie. However, she added that Pluto sent her a solid ten thousand shillings to buy her silence.

Njambi pushed the girl to reach out to Pluto and check up on him. In the same screenshots, Pluto allegedly responded by asking the girl why she felt the need to reach out after they were done with each other.

Demand letter

Thee Pluto has through his lawyers sued Njambi in a demand letter that his lawyers penned.

The said Instagram page is publicly available to all and sundry and the content thereof is therefore in the public domain.”

It adds, “On or about the 24th day of May 2023, you published or caused to be published a number of posts on the said Instagram page in form of dissapearing status wherein you included a set of information about our client that as you well knwo was false, defamatory, malicious and meant to paint him in bad light and opinion” it further states.”

The demands- Pluto

Thirdly, they insist on a retraction of the defamatory publications with equal prominence as the original posts.

Should she fail to adhere to the demands within three days of receiving the letter, Thee Pluto’s legal representatives are prepared to initiate legal proceedings against her.
