Comedian Terence Creative and Milly Chebby recently held the premiere of their fourth season of the ‘Wash Wash’ show. The multi-million December 11 event, held at the Edge Convention center was packed. However, glaringly absent was actress Jackie Matubia, a close friend of the couple. Milly Chebby commented on her friend’s absence maturely, by refusing to lay blame.
“I cannot speak for my sister Jackie Matubia.”
Milly Chebby stated.
Earlier, Jackie Matubia promised to attend ‘Wash Wash season 4’ in a conversation with radio presenter Massawe Japani. The latter made the call in an attempt to reconcile Jackie and the Mwangis.
Strained Relationship
The premiere is just one of the Mwangi’s big events that Matubia missed. Earlier, the mother of two missed Milly Chebby and Terence Creative’s traditional wedding. Fans were concerned and upon inquiries, Jackie alleged that the couple accused her of being single and having ill intentions.
“Najitetea nini na washasema niko na roho mbaya na pia sina bwana. (Why should I defend myself when they have already said I have a bad heart, and I also don’t have a husband).”
Matubia stated.
The Mwangis Deny Badmouthing Jackie Matubia
Terence Creative and Milly Chebby denied saying that Jackie does not have a husband.
“We never said that Jackie does not have a husband.”
Terence Creative said.
Additionally, the couple preferred not to have things attributed to them that they did not say.
“If there is a video of me and my wife saying that Jackie does not have a husband, I would love someone to uploaded the video. But please do not force things we did not say on us.”
The comedian added.
When asked about the conflict with her former best friend, Milly Chebby sad that they consider each other family. And that misunderstandings were normal when there is such a close bond.
“We are family, conflict is part of it.”
Milly Chebby expressed.
