Kenyan rapper King Kaka has jotted down a lovely message for his wife thanking her for standing by him when he was ailing.

Kaka has narrated how Nana would go sleep at the hospital next to his bed. Then wake up, shower in the same hospital, and go smile at work as if everything is okay.

He has gone ahead to joke about how Nana had to fight with the nurses when they were slow.
