Radio presenter Kamene Goro was celebrating her 30th birthday on Thursday, 24th March. And it has been a cocktail of emotions of her.
The radio presenter has been announcing all week that she is in her last days in their twenties.
As she stepped into her 30th birthday, wishes from her fans and friends kept overflowing.
Her former colleague, Jalangoo, got Kamene crying a river after wishing her a happy birthday on air.
Jalas called her in the middle of her breakfast show.
“Happy birthday my friend, this is Heavy J Baba. The two years we worked together were really amazing and I miss working with you every day of my life. You are indeed a great friend, thank you so much for being a wonderful person and happy birthday. Welcome to 30,” he remarked.
Her mother also called in to express how proud she was that her daughter was marking the milestone in her life.
“Happy birthday my baby. May the Lord bless you abundantly and more than he ever has before.
“Mummy wishes you peace in this new decade of your life. We love you to the end of the world and back,” her mother said as Kamene wiped tears from her eyes.
