Swahili presenters Fridah Mwaka and Lofty Matambo are set to make a debut on NTV.
The duo had been working at Standard Media Group until their separate exits.
Fridah Mwaka left the station on March 21st having worked as a Swahili news presenter for three years.
Lofty on the other hand hang his workboots at the station two weeks ago on April 18th having served at the station for seven and a half years.
Neither of them expressed the reasons as to why they walked out. But clearly it was for greener pastures.
A short video seen on both their social media platforms depicts that they will be paired to air the 7 pm news.
The pair are seemingly really excited to be working together again.
