A Kitale-based nurse popularly known for her dancing skills landed herself an ambassadorial job days after going viral.

A Travel and Tours Company identified as Expeditions Maasai Safaris looked for the young lass. And granted her the opportunity to be their ambassador.

Lukresia Robai went viral after a video of her dancing to cheer up a recuperating child made rounds on social media.

Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya appreciated the young lass. And even offered to pay her school fees for the remaining part of her studies.

I have pledged to offset her tuition fees for the remaining period of her studies, further ensure she gets an internship and finally be absorbed to serve as a pediatric nurse,” he said. And added “Congratulations Elizabeth Robai your effort and dedication have paid off.”

“Not only did we award the amazing @lukresiarobai a 4-Day Zanzibar vacation but also made her our brand ambassador for the next 1 year. Help us congratulate her!” wrote the tour company on their social media.

While receiving the holiday gift, Lukresia expressed her gratitude for the recognition saying she was now happy in her profession.

I’m excited by the attention that my action to dance has brought to the hospital in Kenya and outside the country. I never expected this excitement and attention,” Robai said while accepting the deal.

She described her action as part of fulfilling her mission as a medical practitioner and spoke of combining a gift of dancing and passion for nursing to fulfill her mission.
