Female comedian Nasra Yusuf has announced her breakup from her husband seven months into their marriage.
Taking to Instagram, Nasra has alerted her fans that Rashid and her are no longer together sharing a picture of a black rose.
Nasra and her longtime lover Director Rashid tied the knot in a very colorful wedding in April this year. Oh yeah guys,on the 25th of april 2021 I got married to my best friend! She had excitedly posted.
Since then the two have not shied away from expressing their undying love for each other. And even began a YouTube show dubbed love wins.
Dear #Nasrashid fans,I’m sorry to disappoint y’all but Rashid and I are no longer together 💔it’s been an exciting yet challenging journey and we both feel like we deserve better. Wrote Nasra disclosing that she will be filing for divorce soon.
I’ll be filing for my divorce soon because of irreconcilable issues and I’m already adjusting to being single. She added. And also thanked their fans for their continued support while advising them not to give up on love. I take this time to appreciate the support you’ve shown us..asanteni sana..and please don’t give up on love because of one bad ending.
Nasra has also revealed that she will carry on with their popular show. I will however, still go ahead with my “love wins comedy special” show because it is a project that I have worked so hard for and really passionate about and I can’t let it go just because we’re not together..I will be doing it SOLO,because I can, I will and I must.
