Radio presenter Annitah Raey has expressed her excitement at being back on air after almost three years. Annitah hang her boots at Hot 96 in 2020 citing toxic bosses as the reason. Making the annoncement on her social media platforms, Annitah had said that quiting her job was the best decision she had ever made in her 30 years. See article.
Taking to her Instagram page, Annitah disclosed that she is finally back to doing what she loves. The mother of one was unveiled as the new morning show host on Standard Group-owned Vybz Radio to replace Sheila Kwamboka.
Making the announcement, Raey said that she had missed the mic. I missed the mic and well I miss the good vibes.. She wrote.
Kwambox, as she is famously known, left Vybz Radio recently. Rumors are rife that Standard Group employees have not been paid for almost five months. Might be why she left for Radio Africa.
The news was announced by Group Chief Operating Officer, Martin Khafafa who was excited to receive the radio host. “Our quest for continuous improvement is tremendous. Sheila Kwamboka better known as Kwambox has joined Radio Africa Group,” he said.
Kwambox will be replacing Kamene Goro who is set to exit KISS 100 at the end of the month.
