AKOTHEE RESPONDS TO FORMER EMPLOYEE’S ALLEGATIONS

Former musician Akothee was recently called out by one of her former employees who was demanding sixty thousand shillings from her.

The employee, identified as Brenda, claimed that she worked with the rude Akothee for two months. But did not receive a penny from her.

Brenda revealed that the mother of five called her recently demanding videos that were shot over two years ago. The young lady had however already deleted the videos. Speaking exclusively to BNN, Brenda disclosed that Akothee was threatening to sue her.

Akothee responds

Taking to her Instagram page, as usual, Akothee has defended herself in two long-ass posts.

The forty-year-old has claimed that she does not recall how Brenda ended up working for her. But she has detailed how they worked together from Sept to November 2019.

Madam Boss, as she refers to herself, has stated that Brenda only delivered highlights of the videos she was expected to shoot. She reported at work on 30th September 2019 as we left for Masai Mara for a birthday. I never received the video of the experience! I only had the highlights and She promised to deliver the whole video once we are back home. She wrote in part.

After working together for about two weeks, Brenda informed her that her laptop had crashed. And was still working on the videos. I called Brenda while in the US to ask for the videos ,and She said she is working on them on a friend’s laptop ,hers had issues.

Nothing was delivered

Akothee has disclosed that she gave her assistant Brenda’s cheque to be issued to her once she delivered the work. To her shock, the cheque was returned to her as no work was delivered. Brenda asked for her money once ,and I gave a cheque to jimi to hand over to her once she delivers the videos ! Jimi stayed with the cheque and brought it back to me when nothing was there to be delivered. added Akothee.

It was then that Akothee asked for Brenda’s number to talk to her on a polite note.

From a conversation sent to BNN by Brenda, madam boss was indeed very polite as she introduced herself and calmly requested for her videos.

Good morning Brenda, this is Akothee calling you, I have seen you are saying you were never paid for the money you worked for, Brenda you came into the company and you failed to deliver. You gave us so many excuses saying that your computer crashed,” She was heard saying on phone.

She insulted me

However, Akothee has revealed that Brenda insulted her, called her names, and cooked up stories that never happened. But that was okay with her. Because the truth will set them free.

Akothee has requested Brenda to upload the entire conversation between them. And go beat her.
