Classic 105 radio host Mike Mondo is in a legal mess after Rama (Ramzzy) served him with a cease and desist letter. Ramadhani Oluoch aka Rama accused Mondo of crossing boundaries by sharing photos of Rama and Shiko Nguru‘s children social media, thereby infringing upon their privacy. The letter instructs Mondo to remove the images, halt any future posts, and issue an apology within 72 hours, or risk facing legal consequences.
“We hereby are instructed to demand that you pull down all the photos of the minors from all your social media platforms, cease and desist from posting such photos ever again and issue an unconditional apology to our client within 72 hours failure to which we have mandatory and unequivocal instructions to institute legal proceedings against you in a court of law.”
The letter stated.

Shiko Nguru and Mike Mondo are an item. Earlier, she and Rama were in a five-year relationship. Shiko Nguru entered the relationship with a child, and they had two more before publicly announcing their breakup on January 8, 2022. Post-breakup, Rama underscored his rule that Shiko Nguru should not introduce his kids to unfamiliar men.

Rama Serves Mike Mondo
Rama, took to X to share the letter, expressing his displeasure with Mondo’s actions.
“Hello brother @MikeMondo1, we sent a rider to deliver this to you but you refused to receive it. Consider yourself served and have a lovely week. #HeshimaIdumu ama aje?”
Rama stated sarcastically.

He sarcastically wrote.
Unsurprisingly, Rama, Mike Mondo and Shiko Nguru have been trending ever since the latter two announced their relationship publicly. And Rama is unhappy with the attention as he believes exposes his children to bad publicity.
“Your actions not only embarrassed our client and made him trend at number 1 on the X mobile application but this exposed the children to breach of their privacy and possibly setting them up for future ridicule and bullying at school.”
The letter stated.
Demands

The cease and desist letter claims Classic 105 radio presenter Mike Mondo overstepped boundaries by posting photos of Oluoch’s children online.
“You overstepped your boundaries as a boyfriend to the mother of my children and even had the audacity to start posting photos of my children online.”
Rama told Mike Mondo.

The letter emphasized the importance of media laws protecting the privacy of minors. And questioned why Mike Mondo, who is also a father, chooses not to share photos of his own children instead.
“As radio presenter you are expected to at the very least be well acquainted with media laws to understand why mass media outlets typically blur and or pixelate the faces of children in photos and videos to protect their privacy and anonymity.”
The letter stated.
