Musician Scar Mkadinali has spoken openly about his past marriage and why it ended. His remarks have shocked many people and sparked backlash online.
Scar Mkadinali told Andrew Kibe that he was once married but walked out on his wife and child. He said the day he left was the last time his ex-wife ever saw him. According to Scar, he told her he was leaving and never went back.
Scar said that before they got married, his ex-wife knew exactly the kind of man he was. He stated clearly that he loved women and enjoyed being with many women. He claimed this was something they discussed for years and that she accepted it before they settled down.
He explained that during the marriage, he paid all the household bills, including rent and food. Because of this, he felt his lifestyle should not have been questioned. Scar said they had an understanding that he would continue seeing other women.
However, things changed after they had a child together. Scar said his wife began questioning his movements and choices. This surprised him because, according to him, she had never done that before. He questioned why the situation only became a problem after they had a baby.
Scar said the pressure to change after becoming a father pushed him away. He felt the expectations increased too fast and that the agreement they once had no longer applied.
He also linked his decision to his upbringing. Scar said he grew up in a family and does not see marriage as something he must hold onto. He claimed that people often want what they did not have growing up, while those who had families may not value marriage the same way.
His comments have angered many fans, with social media users criticizing him for abandoning his wife and child. Despite the backlash, Scar, however, has little regret over his decision.
