Kenyan influencer Ramadhan Oluoch, known as Rammzy, has secured a major win in court against his ex-partner Shiko Nguru.
He has won joint custody of his two sons after a long legal battle with Shiko. She is a social media influencer, a marketing manager, and the wife of radio presenter Mike Mondo. The case has attracted a lot of attention, including a moment when it trended on X. This happened when Rammzy told Mike Mondo to remove pictures of him and Shiko’s children from social media. He said their faces should not be shared without his permission. This made the case more tense and sparked much discussion online.
After the court decision, Rammzy posted his thoughts on social media. He said he could have been just a provider, but he chose to be present and emotionally available. He thanked his lawyer, family, friends, and supporters for standing by him. He said the victory was more about the children than himself.
Rammzy also expressed gratitude to God, saying he is now free to “tend to his own garden after planting the seeds” and adding, “Nobody’s shadow can block the sun from shining on your children.”
