Oga Obinna has been having a tough time finding the right person to help with cooking at home. He recently shared on social media that he has changed house managers five times in just two months. Specifically due to poor culinary skills, and it has been frustrating.
“I have changed about five house managers in a span of two months. Why? They do not know how to cook.”
Oga Obinna expressed.
Hard Chapatis
The latest addition to the revolving door of house managers triggered this outcry, as the new recruit managed to prepare chapatis as hard as iron sheets. Oga Obinna disliked his househelp’s chapati skills so much that he is considering paying a month’s salary for her to leave after just four days
“Kimeniramba! New House Manager Barely a week old made mabati-hard chapatis. After working for four days, am willing to pay a full salary and let her leave!”
Oga Obinna said.
Reasons Oga Obinna Fires House Managers
Oga Obinna loves good food and is a great cook himself. He has tried hiring house managers from different places like agencies, referrals, and direct messages. Unfortunately, they have all fallen short of his cooking standards.
“I love good food and am a brilliant cook. So whatever you cook has to be good. I have gotten house managers from agencies, referrals, and DM.”

He has faced issues like laziness, slow work, strange rituals while cooking, and even disagreements with his kids.
“Lazy and slow, poor cooking and cleaning skills. Another watched Korean movies the whole day and the one before her was stubborn. One disagreed with the kids, even burning a kid with a hot iron box.”

Now, Oga Obinna is asking for advice on finding well-trained house managers and chefs.
“Which agency has the best well-trained house managers and chefs.”
