King Kaka took the opportunity to shower praises on his wife, Nana Owiti, during the launch of his film ‘Monkey Business’ on Friday night. Addressing the media, the rapper denied recent social media rumors suggesting trouble in their marriage.
“She (Nana Owiti) is a very lovely woman, ako na roho nzuri, ni mrembo, umeona vile amedunga?” King Kaka praised, adding, “Nana is an amazing woman.”
Regarding the rumors of marital issues, King Kaka expressed his frustration and concern for his family. “I addressed it, nilipost vitu mingi, nilisema tu watu wawache .”
“My kids were here, they have a life to live manze, regardless of what happens lazima tuheshimu watoi, do you understand? My daughter will start wondering what’s going on. She will be told in school, so let’s stop,” he urged.
The rapper pleaded with the public to focus on the event at hand rather than his personal life. \
“Today is not family business, today is monkey business waKenya bana wacheni…mnataka kuharibu kitu nzuri,” he said.
Last week, King Kaka took to social media to shut down the rumors, stating that he does not engage in clout chasing, especially when it involves his family,
“I never clout chase especially when it touches on family. I was not going to address it but because it is touching on family I am responding to it. Someone has picked on the cake story that the kids have been stolen and Nana is out of the country. People have been calling me.”
He concluded, “Nana is in the country and the kids are in school. In the spirit of content creation let us be mindful. Let us not be disrespectful when doing so. I have even heard I have a death certificate and am here ama am hallucinating. Keep in mind there are a lot of people involved. Let us not ruin a good thing trying to create content,”
