Actress Halle Berry has finalized her divorce from Olivier Martinez.
The actors reportedly had ‘some unresolved issues on custody and child support’ over their son Maceo, who is now nine, which led to the case being held up in court.
The exes agreed to a formal custody and child support arrangement. And Halle has to pay Olivier a whopping $8,000 a month with expenses for Maceo’s health insurance, therapy and school on top of that.

Custody
Halle will have custody of Maceofrom Monday to Wednesday and Olivier will get him from Wednesday to Friday. If there are school closures changes will be made. The pair will also alternate custody of Maceo on the weekends.
And she will have to write a hefty check every month to support Maceo.

Halle to pay child support
Halle has to pay $8,000 a month to Olivier, it was alleged. She will also write a check for an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million.
The “Monster’s Ball” star also agreed to pay 100 percent of all of Maceo’s extracurricular activities, which means she will have to reimburse Martinez for the 2023-2024 school year since he had covered the costs.
And there are several other expenses on top of that.
Berry will also pay for her son’s health insurance and 100 percent of all uninsured medical expenses, including therapy.

More costs for Berry
Aside from the costs pertaining to her child, the “Swordfish” star, who has a reported net worth of $90 million, has “voluntarily” agreed to contribute $55,000 toward Martinez’s attorney’s fees.
Halle must also cover Maceo’s private school tuition and all of his other activities, like his soccer expenses.
And also foot the bill for Maceo’s medical and dental insurance and added expenses.
In 2021, Berry shared that she had found the “love of [her] life” in her current boyfriend, Van Hunt.
