Four people were reportedly arrested in connection with the murder of slain IEBC official Daniel Musyoka.
Daniel Musyoka was the Returning Officer for the Embakasi East constituency during the August General Elections. Daniel went missing on August 11th only to be found dead five days later at Amboseli National Park in Kajiado.
A post-mortem that was conducted revealed that Musyoka was strangled to death.

According to the police, four men have been detained as suspects in the murder investigation.
Three of the suspects are phone technicians based in Nairobi CBD. The forth suspect told the police that he collected the phone on Mombasa Road on August 14th. And that he took it to the technicians for repairs and formatting. The technicians later sold it to a woman.
“He says he did not know the phone belonged to someone who had been killed and that he took it to the people who repair the gadgets before he sold it to the woman,” said a police officer aware of the probe.
Detectives handling the case said they traced the woman in Kisii and recovered the phone before rounding up the other men who had handled the gadget. She told police a relative bought it for her and she had used it for a month. So the woman was spared arrest. But police said they would urn her into a witness.
The four were Wednesday August 19 expected in Makadara court where police planned to ask for more days under miscellaneous application to hold them as they continue with investigations.
