Peter Kalerwa Salasya is 35 years old and is among the youngest and most popular MPs in Kenya. He represents Mumias East. He has an undergraduate degree from Egerton University and is easy on the eyes, considering “shawrry for Kanjo (city council)” Gloria Ntazola confessed she would not mind getting together with him.
And all these factors make him an eligible bachelor.
However, recently, his efforts to meet and woo socialite Huddah Monroe did not go well after she was insulted by Salasya’s attempt to send her Sh10K– an amount she barely noticed. And considering she handles up to 200 times that and her international boyfriends probably send her more.
In fact, she reversed the money—a mere $80—and asked Salasya to stick to his “small boy” lane.
For sure, dust is constant!
Now that Salasya will not be getting together with Huddah Monroe, who probably thought she would help him “eat the national cake.”
And also since he gave up wooing her, saying that he is done chasing “that chick,” here are some other eligible spinsters Salasya could consider for his other half:

In fact, all his constituents know him, and most of the youth do, too, thanks to his online comedian persona that has endeared him to many.
Additionally, if Hannah Benta and Peter Salasya got together, she could actually meet him—unlike her illusional ex, Captain Samir, whom she never met during their entire relationship.
Now, because physical attraction is a bare minimum, it is worth noting that Hannah Benta, a short, light, and petite babe, seems to fit right into Salasya’s type.
That is if his interest in Huddah Monroe is anything to go by. In fact, there may be a bit of a resemblance between the two ladies at a quick or far glance.
2. Nadia Mukami
While this name is controversial considering she is in a relationship with Arrow Boy, but hear me out. Nadia Mukami recently claimed she is single until Arrow Bwoy puts a ring on it.
Salasya could swoop in and cuff Nadia before Arrow Bwoy gets to it, seeing as Nadia has severally repeated these sentiments publicly.
After all, don’t let your relationship stop you from finding your soulmate, right?
3. Charlene Ruto
Charlene Ruto, 31, spent Valentines Day 2024 alone. And when Televangelist Benny Hinn held a crusade in Kenya in late February this year, she specially requested that he pray for her to find a husband.
Benny Hinn prayed, “Lord, send that young man that will be her strength and great supporter.”
Could it be that Salasya is her missing rib? For one, Salasya once wanted to become a preacher while at university, and this spiritual side makes him a good match for Charlene, who comes from a very God-fearing family.
Now might be the perfect time for them to get together, just in time to get to know each other well enough to light up social media with couple goals for Valentine’s Day 2025.
4. Mercy Tarus
While Mercy Tarus and Kasmuel McOure would have made a great power activist couple, unfortunately, McOure is in a relationship.
But luckily, the universe is abundant! Mercy Tarus, known for the “Kenya ni Home” slogan, and Peter Salasya would also make a good couple, considering opposites attract. The ever-serious Mercy Tarus and the comedic Peter Salasya could balance each other out and coexist in perfect harmony.
Additionally, Mercy Tarus even turned down a job offer from Senator Ledama Ole Kina because he works for the corrupt government she is fighting.
But maybe if she and Salasya got together, she could change the country from the inside, by observing the inner workings of government through someone who is part of it?
