Kakamega Senator Dr. Boni Khalwale has found himself in the midst of a controversy surrounding the untimely demise of his trusted fighter bull caretaker, Kizito Moi Amukune. According to Khalwale, his caretaker passed on due to injuries sustained from the Inasio the bull’s attack. However, a series of accusations and speculations arose contradicting the cause of death, forcing Dr. Khalwale to indefinitely postpone the burial,

“Following wild, baseless, and false claims by some pseudo politicians in Kakamega, I’ve today been forced to indefinitely postpone the burial of my trusted fighter bull caretaker.”

The Kakamega Senator said.

Dr. Boni Khalwale instead opted to cooperate with the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in a fact-finding mission to uncover the truth behind the unfortunate incident.

Meanwhile, today, I hosted a team of DCI detectives at my Malinya Home for a thorough fact-finding mission over the unfortunate demise of the late Kizito Moi Amukune. I have readly opened up my home to the police to afford them an opportunity to make credible and conclusive investigations into this sad death thereby enabling them to pursue the matter to a logical conclusion before burial plans continue.”

The 46-year old Kizito Amukule who was unmarried at the time of his demise, dedicated two decades of his life working for Dr. Boni Khalwale. The latter expressed his grief and paid tribute to the deceased caretaker.

For 20 years, Kizito Moi Amukune, my fighter bulls caretaker, earned an ernest day’s pay. RIP, my brother.

After the death of his caretaker, Boni Khalwale slaughtered the bull for taking a human life, as per tradition. Angry villagers proceeded to divide the beef among them.

“In keeping with our culture, for killing his caretaker, champion bull, Inasio meets his end by the force of my spear.”
