Bishop T.D. Jakes categorically refuted any connection to the P Diddy scandal, firmly addressing the TikTok rumors surrounding him during his online Christmas service on Saturday. The 66-year-old became a trending topic after rumors circulated about his attendance at P Diddy’s sex parties. Moreover, allegations of the singer consistently hosting same-sex gatherings sparked inquiries into the preacher’s sexuality.
“I will not use this sacred day at this sacred pulpit to address a lie when I have a chance to preach the truth.”
He said.
The American non-denominational Christian preacher also asked those who attended the sermon expecting him to address the rumors to leave.
“All of you who expect me to address a lie, you can log off,”
The preacher stated.
On Christmas day, the man of cloth made it clear that the rumor mill was not going to deter him from preaching.
“I will stand straight up, head up, back straight and preach the unadulterated, infallible word of God.”
The father-of-five expressed.
Earlier, Bishop T.D. Jakes addressed the scandal through a representative, terming it “unequivocally false and baseless.”

An association with American Rapper P Diddy was not always scandalous. In fact, most individuals would have felt proud to share a space with the Bad Boy Records label founder. However, Diddy has faced a significant downfall since his ex-partner, model Cassie, accused him of rape and abuse. Though the ex-lovers whose relationship spanned over a decade settled out-of-court.
But, allegations associating the musician with same-sex affiliations contributed to his persona non-grata status. While same sex relationships are not a novelty, the gossip buzz has pointed fingers at Diddy for taking advantage of young people trying to make it in the music scene.
