The lad who’s known for his flashy lifestyle is said to have been working with another suspect Jared Otieno. So the two met the Austrian identified as Galatti at Hilton hotel where he handed him-Obia the money.

The magistrates noted that Jared Otieno is at large and has not been arrested.

However, during the hearing, Kevin claimed that he had gone to Hilton on that day to meet a Dj from South Africa who was to perform at an event in Nairobi. Since Obia owns an entertainment company known as A1 entertainment.

He also claimed that he does not recognize the Austrian and has also never been in the gold trade.
