Renowned city pastor and motivational speaker Robert Burale has opened up on why his marriage to Alex Mwakideu’s elder sister Rosina failed after only 1 year.
Burale, an abuse survivor, described Rosina as a woman of faith, a devoted mother, and someone he still holds in high regard.
“Rosina was an amazing woman, a true woman of God and a loving mother. Alex and his family are wonderful people,” he said.
He explained that their breakup was not caused by animosity.
Instead, he called it a case of “two good people coming together too early,” noting that the timing was simply not right. Burale admitted he also made mistakes in the marriage and takes responsibility for them.
One of the biggest challenges, he revealed, was allowing too many outside voices into their relationship. He said interference from others complicated matters, since not everyone truly wished their marriage well.
Despite the separation, Burale stressed that he and Rosina have kept a cordial relationship over the years. He even recalled ministering at a church where Rosina was present, saying they spoke warmly and respectfully.
“I have never said Rosina was a bad woman. That would be a lie. She is very respectable, and I will always honor her,” Burale emphasized.
