Kenyan content creator Morin Actress has revealed what led to her fallout with former friends Carol Sonnie and Mylee Staicey.
The trio used to create content together. But one day, it just stopped, leaving fans wondering why.
Morin said the friendship began to break down after comments were made about how she dressed in their videos. Though the remarks were framed as a prank, she said they struck a nerve and left lasting damage.
Morin added that she posted the clip so fans would understand why they parted ways and not assume there were other hidden issues.
While jokes are common in friendships, Morin pointed out that when they touch on sensitive matters like personal identity or appearance, they can become hurtful instead of funny.
What one person sees as banter, another may take as disrespect, and when those boundaries aren’t respected, trust erodes.
Beyond careless jokes, friendships can end because of disrespect, competition, gossip, or one-sided effort. Sometimes, friends simply grow apart as their values and goals change.
