Gen Z celebrity couple Thee Pluto and Felicity Shiru recently announced their breakup after three years together.
While the news was disappointing to many fans, it was not entirely surprising.
Some might recall the awkward moment on Thee Pluto’s birthday when he cut his cake with guest Murang’a MP Sabina Chege, while Felicity Shiru watched awkwardly from the sidelines.
This incident hinted at a deeper issue, suggesting that Felicity might have felt sidelined in their relationship.

Why Thee Pluto and Felicity Shiru never Married
But did you know that Felicity Shiru was actually ready to marry her man?
In fact, Felicity had been vocal about her dream of a big church wedding, making it clear that she had envisioned walking down the aisle with Thee Pluto for some time.
“I would like a church wedding, by the way. We usually talk about it,” Felicity said during an interview with Mungai Eve.
She went on to explain, “He’is Muslim, and I am Christian. He tells me he wants us to have a Muslim wedding, but I tell him I want a church wedding. So, we are still figuring it out.”
The couple has separated despite their strong bond and the birth of their daughter, Zoey Muthoni, in November 2022.
