The Kiuna Family Celebrate Jeremy
The Kiuna family, along with their extended community, gathered at the Atlanta-based University to celebrate Jeremy, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy aged two. Amidst cheers and applause, a proud Jeremy took to the stage, as he accepted his well-deserved certificates.
Reflecting on his journey, Jeremy expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of his family and mentors.
“Today is so emotional for me not just because of me achieving my associates and bachelor’s degree in less than 2 years but also because I’m so blessed to have an amazing family and mentor around me,” acknowledged.
In a heartfelt tribute to his parents, Jeremy declared, “Most important I want to thank my parents @revkathykiuna and even more importantly than that I want to thank my superhero, my reason for everything I have achieved, my voice of God, and the one who keeps me centered spiritually, mentally and emotionally I love you sooo much and I Honor you @bishopkiuna, this one is for you.”
