Lawyer Miguna Miguna now says that it is disgusting that Felix Orinda, alias DJ Evolve is being victimized for a second time.
According to the lawyer, Evolve is being victimized twice with the supervision of the courts.
Babu Owino shot DJ Evolve twice in the neck. DJ Evolve is crippled from the neck down and is now a complete vegetable.
Everyone saw the video with Babu Owino holding the pistol and shooting DJ Evolve. The bullets that crippled DJ Evolve ejected from Babu’s pistol. It doesn’t require validation by the victim. That’s why we have ballistic forensic experts – to connect CRIMINAL Babu to the gun and the bullets that were found lodged in DJ Evolve’s body. He wrote in part.
His sentiments come after Dj Evolve testified that he did not see Babu Owino holding a gun the night he was shot. See the article here.
This isn’t a case that requires DJ Evolve to testify. Babu would be convicted even if DJ Evolve was dead or incapable of speaking or comprehending what was going on. Went on Miguna.
Miguna insisted that Evolve who was allegedly shot by MP Babu Owino should have been under the protection of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
But Kenya’s legal system is broken and rife with ineptness and corruption. DJ Evolve should have been under protection by the @ODPP_KE. There should have been a strict restraining ORDER preventing Babu Owino from communicating with DJ Evolve – directly or independently – in order to PRESERVE the INTEGRITY of the system, evidence, and witnesses.
“As it is right now, DJ Evolve is being victimized twice – with the supervision of the Courts! Completely disgusting! I want to vomit!” Miguna added.
Babu Owino responds
Responding to Miguna’s sentiments, Babu claimed that the lawyer should bit concentrate on training his daughter who allegedly is a porn actor.
As a Parent, Dr. Miguna Miguna should concentrate on rehabilitating his Daughter who is acting pornography in Canada instead of providing Parental advice to other children. Most important and urgently, he should focus on reducing the daughter’s mileage/body count.

The two have set Twitter ablaze with endless despicable insults. Miguna has now resulted in sharing pictures of people whom he believes have been killed by Babu Owino.
