Wannabe socialite Shakilla, has announced that she will contest for a parliamentary seat seeing that everyone else is doing it.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the young lady said that she too will join others in the political race. Her sentiments come days after several Instagram hunnies announced their political interests.
One of them is Dorea Chege, popularly known as Magie Maria. The actress cum Instagram model revealed that she is eyeing the Nairobi Women Rep seat. Her former bestie Mylee Staicey is also contesting for the Kibwezi member of parliament seat.
Reggae female emcee Jahmby Koikai is also looking forward to becoming the next Dagoretti South MP. Ali Iptisan who was a cast member at the long-dead Nairobi Diaries, is also vying for the Nairobi Women rep seat. In case you can not recall who that is, she was the girl could not pronounce the word psycho.
Popular female disc jokey Dj Lisney also revealed that she would like to mix Dagoretti North members.
Shakilla, seeing that other women have done it, also decided to try her luck. Her announcement was met by different reactions from her followers.
